Before becoming a major fishing and seafood transformation company that sells its products around the world, Pêcherie Manicouagan was founded in 1983 as an over-the-counter wholesale business that offered consumers a wide variety of products—fresh in season, frozen, or prepared.

Our retail shops are open seven days a week and offer superior-quality products, including our line of succulent, ready-to-eat homemade salads, sushi, sandwiches, hot chowders, and much more. Our store in the Escoumins also offers a restaurant service.

From out of town? No problem! We offer a packaging service that conserves and seals in the freshness of all of our products.
